Reporting to the President and Chief Customer Officer, the Account Executive β Threat Intel will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing account strategies, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction for our Threat Intelligence Business. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and technical teams to deliver customized Human Threat Intelligence solutions that meet the unique needs of our strategic clients. This individual will play a pivotal role in growing our client base and building long-lasting relationships with organizations that need our expertise and custom Threat Intelligence Services.
Responsibilities/Tasks:Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β
- Identify and engage potential clients in need of human threat intelligence services, including small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs) and large corporations.Β Β Β
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals.Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β
- Stay informed about the cybersecurity landscape, industry trends, and competitor offerings to position our services effectively.Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor.Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β
- Work closely with our technical and Threat intelligence teams to understand service offerings and align client needs with our solutions.Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals tailored to client needs.Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β
- Track all sales activities, maintain accurate records in the CRM system, and provide regular updates on progress and forecasting.Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β
- Develop and execute tailored account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve company objectives.Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand the company's footprint in each account.Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β
- Achieve or exceed sales targets by developing and implementing strategies to grow revenue within assigned accounts.Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, leveraging the full portfolio of the company's cybersecurity products and services.Β·
- Negotiate and close complex, high-value contracts with clients.Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β
- Ensure the highest level of client satisfaction by understanding and addressing client needs and challenges.Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β
- Work closely with internal teams, including Threat Intel, Service Delivery and customer support, to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β
- Provide feedback to product teams on client needs and market trends to drive product innovation.Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Collaborate with marketing to develop account-based marketing strategies and initiatives.
Required Skills:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic account management, business development, or sales within the cybersecurity or technology sector.

Proven track record of managing and growing large, complex accounts, particularly at the C-suite level.
Education/Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
