DescriptionGRF CPAs & Advisors has been part of the Washington, DC metropolitan region since 1981. The firm provides outsourced accounting, auditing, risk advisory and consulting, and tax services to an extensive client base, which consists of nonprofit organizations, government contractors, professional service firms and others.
This is a remote position.
Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000
Requirements - Work with multiple Senior Consultants to configure and implement the Sage Intacct software.
- Effectively follow the designed implementation methodology and collaborate with other team members, to define system requirements, configure the software solution, and support data migration and user acceptance testing.
- Effectively document client system requirements within solution definition documentation.
- Develop financial and operational reports and dashboards for clients.
- Import and assist clients in validating historical data from legacy systems.
- Provide high-quality, timely post-implementation support.
- Continue to develop implementation skills through coaching and other provided learning and development programs.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelorβs degree, with a strong preference for accounting, finance, CIS or related area is required. Masterβs degree, with a strong preference for accounting, is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of Sage Intacct implementation experience.
- Strong customer service/customer-centric mindset.
- Ideal candidate would have experience with the following additional software platforms: Sage Intacct Budgeting and Planning, Martus Software, Microsoft β SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively.
- Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Creatively identifies and utilizes effective communication methods and channels.
- Openly discusses real or potential problems with clients or project team members, hearing and understanding what a person tries to say as well as what they said.
- Diplomatically handles complex topics, varied audiences, difficult questions, continuous objections, and unexpected situations.
- Actively seeks, discusses, and listens to information and ideas from others.
