$200k - $300k + equity + bonus

Our client is funded by tier 1 venture capital firms-the ones who backed household names like Uber, Snapchat, Instagram, and Zendesk. They are founded by industry leaders and seasoned entrepreneurs with deep expertise spanning data domains, data management, distributed systems, automation and open source.

As part of their growth, they are now looking for an enthusiastic and seasoned AI/ML Researcher to join their expanding team.

You will also stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML and identify opportunities for innovation. Following this you will publish applied research findings in top-tier conferences and journals.

• Must have a PhD in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field.


• Proven experience in translating research into real-world solutions.


• A publication track record in top-tier conferences and journals, especially in Generative AI or Machine Learning.


• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.


• Deep understanding of ML algorithms, LLMs, and data analysis techniques.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.


• Strong communication skills for articulating complex concepts into simple terms.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with large-scale ML systems and big data.


• Background in deep learning, reinforcement learning, or advanced AI techniques.


• Familiarity with cloud-based ML platforms and tools.
