When you join the CleanSlate team in Indiana, you will provide daily supervision of all aspects of internal center activity of up to 9 CleanSlate center locations, partnering with Center Medical Director as a part of the dyad leadership model at assigned home center.Β As the Area Manager for CleanSlate, you are responsible for quality management, performance improvement, management of KPIs, marketing and community engagement/education.Β This is your chance to make a difference! Qualifications:
Bachelorβs degree preferred, 5+ management experience in a fast-paced medical office required and may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Performance Responsibilities:
- Establish procedures to achieve corporate goals in service, team member engagement, patient experience, and clinic outcomes.
- Monitor and manage daily patient flow.
- Maintain a culture focused on patient needs and customer service.
- Ensure all patient encounters provide quality, safe care and exemplary customer service.
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Medical Director to align and track clinical performance metrics, ensuring that center operations meet or exceed established KPIs.
- Manage the tracking and reporting of KPIs for clinical and operational performance.
- Lead performance review meetings with the RMD and center leadership to evaluate KPI trends, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address performance gaps and enhance overall center effectiveness.
- Use Patient Satisfaction tools to collect feedback and guide patient-centered care.
- Supervise support staff and facilitate staff meetings.
- Conduct team evaluations and manage corrective actions in coordination with People Services.
- Oversee staff schedules and HRIS data management.
- Develop and implement performance goals and recommend promotions.
- Coordinate Center functions, including IT, materials management, inventory, and data processing.
- Develop center goals and objectives in collaboration with management and medical leadership.
- Analyze conditions, identify trends, and recommend policy changes.
- Maintain standards of quality care and high patient satisfaction.
- Develop budgets and forecast revenue, workload, and resource needs.
- Ensure budget compliance and financial viability.
- Implement marketing plans and assist in developing corporate strategy.
- Manage public relations and referral relationships.
- Participate in community outreach and referral development.
- Ensure that the center and its buildings, grounds, and equipment meet high standards of safety, sanitation, and efficiency.
- Participate in hiring, training, and orienting center personnel.
- Maintain professional affiliations and enhance development to keep pace with healthcare trends.
- Interact with other Center Managers and senior management to coordinate professional relations and contractual arrangements.
- Consult with Compliance, People Services, and Clinical Quality teams for compliance.
- Represent centers at public and professional meetings as required.
- Complete monthly data reports and analyze systems to improve workflow and efficiency.
- Maintain and compile statistics for senior management as needed.
- Perform all other tasks or projects as assigned.
