Responsibilities
The Business Analyst/Project Manager manages all activities and tasks associated with the completion of an assigned project. This may include managing or coordination with a team of Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners and other Project Managers.

βΒ Β Β Β Β Β Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time and on budget
βΒ Β Β Β Β Β Organize and plan project tasks and schedules
βΒ Β Β Β Β Β Manage tasks in accordance with Project Management Institute (PMI) standards / Agile Framework and those of the company
βΒ Β Β Β Β Β Communicate project status to stakeholders and key project participants
βΒ Β Β Β Β Β Stay aware of company goals and strategies to ensure projects align with business priorities
βΒ Β Β Β Β Β Facilitate and encourage collaboration across departments to ensure projects are completed successfully
βΒ Β Β Β Β Β Delegate work to team members based on skills and expertise
βΒ Β Β Β Β Β Optimize project deliverables, schedule, and budgeting
βΒ Β Β Β Β Β Work with proposal teams to develop cost estimates and project plans

βΒ Β Β Β Β Β Develop a Project Management Plan from Concept to Final Release Phase
βΒ Β Β Β Β Β Effectively report on Projects, including accurate, effective, and efficient project document control and record management
βΒ Β Β Β Β Β Providing a Project Coordination Function and managing a team effectively
βΒ Β Β Β Β Β Liaise with business and IT
βΒ Β Β Β Β Β Provide coordination for kick off meetings for projects and ensure that all relevant stakeholders are aware of the tasks required of them
