JOB OVERVIEW:
ā Customer Care Representative Full-Time
ā Reports to Customer Care Team Lead
ā 100% Remote -- work from home!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
ā Answer customers' inquiries with exceptional customer service skills (with an opportunity to be trained on all of our responsive channels depending on volume needs)
ā Delivers quality customer satisfaction with every contact
ā Meets key individual productivity metrics in line with department goals
ā Displays understanding and follow through with policies and guidelines
ā Communicate to management regarding issues
ā Other duties as assigned
SKILLS:
ā Strong verbal and written communication skills
ā Fast typing speed (at least 50 wpm or above)
ā Tech-savvy and a fast learner
ā Customer-focused
ā Ability to work under stress to achieve targets
ā Previous experience with Zendesk is a plus
ā College degree or equivalent preferred
EQUIPMENT, INTERNET AND WORKSPACE REQUIREMENTS:
ā A desktop or laptop (2015 or newer, Mac or PC)
ā A voice-capable headset, and a webcam to carry out training and work duties.
ā Access to high-speed internet with hardwired (ethernet) capability (at least 100 Mbps download speed) with no latency when handling contacts, and communicating with peers/managers via Slack or Zoom.
ā A (non-public) dedicated workspace that is free from noise or distraction
