Profile: Contact Center / Call Center Rep (Remote Job)

Interview Process\: 1 Telephonic / Video Interview.

Salary \: $11/hrย 

Duration \:ย  18 months position ( with benefits) with a 40hrs / week schedule ideally from Mon- Fri.ย 

Roles & Responsibilities:
โ€ขReceive inbound phone calls from our prescribers and members
โ€ขUtilizing multiple software systems to create Prescription cases and determine coverage, determination and appeals process
โ€ขGood written and verbal communication skills
โ€ขThe ability to display soft skills while moving the call forward
โ€ขMeeting or exceeding government mandated timelines
โ€ขComplying with turnaround time, productivity, and quality standardsย 
โ€ขConveying resolution to beneficiary or provider via direct communication and professional correspondence
โ€ขAcquiring and maintaining basic knowledge of relevant and changing Clients guidance
โ€ขResearch, troubleshoot and resolve client application discrepancies using computer system
โ€ขMeet daily tasks through various forms and mediums of communication โ€“ written, verbal and/or by phone

Requirements
โ€ขPrior call center experience preferably with a multi-screen setup for easier navigation of multiple applications
โ€ขAvailability for remote workspace audits (via webcam or phonecam) Inspection time less than 5 min
โ€ขHighspeed and reliable Internet connectionย 
โ€ขQuiet and focused work environment

Required Qualifications\:ย 
โ€ขAbility to effectively communicate with members and prescribers while managing multiple software systems
โ€ขAccountable and results drivenย 
โ€ขCritical thinker/problem solver
โ€ขReceptive to constructive feedback and flexible in adapting to changeย 
โ€ขAbility to effectively plan, prioritize, and organize time and workloadย 
โ€ขAbility to execute successfully in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced, highly-regulated environmentย 
โ€ขProficient in navigation of multiple computer applicationsย 
โ€ขProficient use of keyboard, mouse and ability to navigate 2 workstation monitors
โ€ขAble to multi task efficiently in order to complete each call within the AHT targets designated by the Client
โ€ขAbility to type more than 30 WPM

Preferred Qualifications:ย 
โ€ขAt least two years of general business experience that includes problem resolution, business writing, quality improvement and customer serviceย 
โ€ขSix months of PBM/pharmaceutical related work strongly desiredย 
โ€ข1+ years of call center experience
โ€ข1+ years of healthcare background
โ€ขTeam player with excellent communication skills both verbal and written
โ€ขExposure to business domain is an added advantage
โ€ขOrganizational skills including the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up promptly
โ€ขAbility to work a flexible work schedule

Education:
โ€ขHigh School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
โ€ขBachelorโ€™s degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferredย 

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
