          How we collaborate

At Provoc, we partner strategically with our clients and colleagues to produce accessible, strategic, modern design work. A fully remote company, our team works through Slack, Basecamp, and Zoom to collaborate live and asynchronously with each other and clients. Most of the company is U.S.-based, with our primary designers based in Europe (generally working until 1-2:30 p.m. ET). Depending on the scope of the project, contract designers may be either client-facing or internal-facing only.Β

          Ideal Provoc design collaborators:

          • Bridge design and strategy, including translating strategy or messages developed by others into a design language or product, articulating the strategic choices behind design recommendations with a client, engaging clients through a design direction and process, and consulting throughout multiple phases of a project on design considerations or implications.Β

          • Bridge vocabulary gaps with colleagues and clients with patience and a goal of reaching shared understanding.Β

          • Are comfortable producing many ideas quickly while remaining objective and open to new ideas.

          • Are able to workshop ideas and design updates live with clients.

          • Self-start, take initiative, and are accountable to timelines and commitments.Β

          • Stay on top of current design trends and developments.Β
