Overview

Responsibilities

  • The contractor shall have the expert technical knowledge in cloud computing technology, cybersecurity principles, and architectural solutions to protect againstthreats.
  • The contractor shall have expertise in cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), cloud deployment models(public, private, hybrid), and a strong background in cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.
  • The contractor shall provide guidance to all RE2 tasks to ensure appropriate coordination with cloud cybersecurity and architecture organizations is accomplished to support RE2 mission areas.
  • Must have the ability to communicate accurate information

Qualifications

  • This positions requres at least 5 years of experience in cloud architecure and or cloud enterpise with a Bachelos degree in an IT releated field preferrred.
  • This position requires a DoD 8570 IAM/IAT Level III certification and a Top Secret clerance with SCI eligibility.
  • This position must have knowledge and experience with FedRAMP and DoD Information Assurance policie, NIST 800 Siers, CNSS 153, CNSSP 32, and the DoD 8500 series.
  • Must be experienced in DoD Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide (CC SRG) and FedRAMP Assessment and Authorization guidance.
  • Must be able to understand and articulate systems, applications, and services and abe able to identify sytem fucntions and relationships that support the goals and objections of the Cloud throughout the enterprise.

Physical Demands

Employee needs to be able to sit at a workstation for extended periods; use hand(s) to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Most positions require ability to work on desktop or laptop computer for extended periods of time reading, reviewing/analyzing information, and providing recommendations, summaries and/or reports in written format.
