Key Responsibilities:
System Support: Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain computer hardware and software, ensuring peak performance across all devices and platforms for software development programs.
End-User Collaboration: Interface directly with end-users and development teams to optimize and tailor cloud IT systems and software applications for their specific needs.
System Management: Install, configure, and maintain consistent development, test, and production environments using automation technologies ensuring mission success.
Key Technologies & Skills:
Linux/Unix system administration (RPM, Kickstart)
Virtualization (VMWare, virtual machines, AWS, Azure)
Scripting (BASH, CSH, Ansible)
System Security Hardening and Performance Tuning
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the installation, maintenance, administration, and troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, and computer hardware and software.
- Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen
