About this Job:
We are expanding our data science team to include a data scientist who would work closely with our Chief Data Scientist and our engineering team. This is a fully remote position.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Writing code (python) to improve the 3D matching algorithms and apply them to various garment categories
- Collaborating with app and web developers to push the 3D matching algorithms into production
- Assisting in the processing of 3D body scans and the filling of the “fit matrix” for enterprise clients
- Assisting in testing and measuring the accuracy of the matching algorithms at scale
- Assisting in data cleaning and data analysis when needed
Qualifications and Skills:
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science,
- 3-4 years in a data analysis or data science role.
- Strong knowledge of Python, especially in the areas of data analysis, and statistical modeling.
Preferred
- Startup experience or small business
- Experience in Github, Amazon AWS
- Knowledge in machine learning and data mining
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, NLP
- Experience with 3D point cloud processing
- Experience in Excel/Google Sheet formulas
New York Pay range: $115,000 - $130,000
