Director of Sales/Business Development Manager (Hospitality Staffing Sales)


We are seeking an experienced, sales-savvy individual with 5-10+ years of experience in hospitality staffing sales or hospitality sales. This person should have a strong background selling B2B services to hospitality brands, ideally in luxury or fine dining sectors. You should be well-connected, with a robust network of clients and a proven track record of driving growth.


Compensation | Benefits | Perks


- Annual OTE: $150,000 (commensurate with experience)

- Uncapped Commissions: On-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $10,000 to $15,000/month

- Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses on achieving/exceeding sales targets

Key Responsibilities


- Sales Outreach: Conduct daily outreach to new and existing clients (60-80 touchpoints/day), focusing on hospitality brands, including fine dining, luxury hotels, and boutique establishments.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers in the hospitality industry, leveraging existing connections to secure new contracts.

- Sales Growth: Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by driving business development efforts across hospitality staffing solutions.

- Lead Management: Follow up on leads from the marketing and executive teams to convert them into long-term partnerships.

- Strategic Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for market expansion, including pricing, product positioning, and service offering adjustments.

- Client Visits: Attend client appointments (virtually), send out emails, conduct calls and texts to better understand client needs, and present solutions.

- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences to strategically position our staffing services.


What We’re Looking For


- Experience: 5+ years in hospitality sales or hospitality staffing sales with a proven track record of success

- Industry Connections: A strong network in the hospitality industry, particularly within the fine-dining, boutique hotels, or luxury hospitality sector

- Sales Expertise: Skilled in B2B sales, with the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities quickly

- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with G-Suite, CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), and virtual communication platforms like Skype or Zoom

- Driven: A self-motivated individual who thrives in a target-driven environment and can commit to working up to 50 hours per week, including off-hours when needed

- Leadership: Able to mentor and guide junior sales team members, contribute to team growth, and lead by example
