Overview:
Rectorseal seeks a sales professional with experience selling into the electrical distribution channel and a proven track record of successfully managing sales teams.Β Β The Director of Sales is responsible for all sales aspects, including managing the sales team and the go-to-market approach for serving electrical customers. This opportunity will be remotely based, but lead teams will be based at our PSP Products facility in Virginia and Florida. Β
RectorSeal manufactures and distributes various chemical and mechanical products for the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing industries. For over 80 years, RectorSealβs customers have depended on us for quality products of excellent value shipped to them promptly. This passion for exceptional customer service is why RectorSeal has been growing swiftly.Β
Duties and Responsibilities:
Note that PSP Products will be integrated into RectorSeal more fully over the next year. Assuming role success, the Director of SalesβPSP will evolve to drive RectorSealβs overall approach to selling to electrical contractors and distributors.

Compensation: RectorSeal has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position.
Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the CSWI Board of Directors.
