We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Director/Director of Marketing with a strong background in product marketing within the healthcare technology industry. The ideal candidate will lead our marketing efforts, driving strategic initiatives to promote our products with our partners, nurses and hospitals and healthcare systems.


What You’ll Do:


Product Marketing Strategy and Sales Enablement:



  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies for the CareRev on-demand workforce platform aligned with business goals and market trends.

  • Collaborate with executive leadership and product management to define partner and product positioning, messaging and differentiation.

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape.

  • Produce sales enablement tools including presentations, case studies and competitive analysis.

  • Provide training and support to partner sales teams on product features, benefits and value propositions.


Digital Marketing, Nurse Lead Generation, Campaigns and Content Marketing:



  • Work closely with Director of Digital Marketing and Manager of Content Marketing to nurse acquisition strategies, optimization of the nurse journey, as well as SEO, SEM and email marketing efforts

  • Analyze campaign performance and ROI, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results


Brand Management and Positioning:



  • Manage and enhance the company’s brand presence in the healthcare technology market working closely with the PR team

  • Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels and platforms


Team Leadership and Collaboration:



  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment

  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Professional Enablement, Product Management and Finance to ensure alignment and achievement of business objectives

  • Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leadership on marketing initiatives and market trends


What We’re Looking For:Β 



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing and digital marketing within the healthcare technology industry

  • Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics, regulatory environment and customer needs

  • Demonstrated access in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that drive revenue growth

  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously


The anticipated salary range for this position is $163,481.00 - $276,140.00. Equity, bonus or commission and benefits may also be provided as part of the total compensation package, depending on the position offered. If given an offer, the exact salary amount offered will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience, education and other qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence.

Physical Requirements:Β 



  • Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at a desk

  • Prolonged periods of working on a computer

  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers

  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds of work equipment

  • Ability to set up home office to include desk and chair
