OVERVIEW


We are partnering with a SaaS client hire for an Enterprise Software Engineer who works in developer experience teams/organizations. The ideal candidate thrives as an independent contributor while actively collaborating with peers, product managers, designers, and engineering managers.Β 


This is a 6-month contract, fully remote contract position located in the United States (W2 - not eligible for sponsorship).

RESPONSIBILITIES

You'll develop features, APIs, and fixes that can handle our current and future scaling needs. You'll also enhance our testing suite and infrastructure to improve the reliability of our services and deployment pipelines. Additionally, your contributions will be crucial in driving our main projects to completion.

QUALIFICATIONS


4+ years of direct relevant experience in:



  • REST API design and implementation

  • Full Stack development of production ready services and features

  • Testing and designing testing strategies(Unit, System, UI, E2E)

  • Standard CI/CD pipelines


2+ years of recent relevant experience in:



  • JavaScript / Typescript

  • Node.js frameworks (Express, HapiJS)

  • Front-end frameworks (React, Mobx)

  • Relational and NoSQL Databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis)

  • Unit / Integration testing with Jest E2E testing
