Responsible for a team who manages and execute a strategy to bring on new non-acute healthcare Accreditation & Certification Organizations (A&Coβs) for a regional territory to bring on prospective non-acute healthcare A&Coβs that are interested in our βdeemedβ and non-deemed services as well as other Joint Commission offerings.Β Also responsible for selling the other portfolio items, including Joint Commission Resources consulting services, eProducts, Digital Learning, Publications and High Reliability.Β Orchestrate new and organic growth opportunities while fostering strong client relationships that enhance the combined mission that we share regarding patient safety and quality.Β Help with initiatives to drive overall retention and organization engagement/loyalty of the existing portfolio of A&COβs.Β Will be responsible for the following business lines in the non-acute space: Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Home Healthcare, Hospice, Nursing Care, Assisted Living, Behavioral Health Centers, Substance Abuse Centers, Addition Service Centers, etc.

Serve as a conduit between the non-acute healthcare A&Coβs, The Joint Commission and The Joint Commission Resources.Β Build a deep understanding of current and prospective organizations business goals, challenges, and market dynamics, and tailor solutions that meet each organizations unique needs.Β Assist with the strategic account planning, relationship building, cross functional collaboration, problem solving, organic growth with an enterprise product portfolio and data analysis and reporting. The annual book of business is greater than $25M. Will be expected to travel up to 50%.
