We are seeking to build our freelance talent pool for the following tasks: 1) Quality Control (QC) of reports, 2) Qualtrics survey programming, 3) Moderation of interviews/focus groups, and 4) Website tagging/analytics.




If you have a meticulous eye for detail and experience across these areas, we want you to help support our research and data teams in delivering high-quality results. Β

Quality Controlling (QCing) Reports and Surveys:




Responsibilities:



  • Review research reports and surveys for grammatical accuracy, audience relevance, and data consistency.

  • Cross-check data in PowerPoint deliverables with Excel crosstabs and other data sources.

  • Ensure consistency in report structure, tone, and message across multiple formats and audiences.


Requirements:



  • Experience in proofreading, editing, and quality control for research reports.

  • Strong attention to detail and familiarity with Excel cross-tabs.

  • Ability to spot and correct inconsistencies in data and formatting.




Qualtrics Programming:




Responsibilities:



  • Program and set up complex surveys in Qualtrics using features like branching logic, quotas, embedded data, and custom scripting.

  • Ensure surveys are optimized to prevent fraudulent responses and to engage respondents effectively.

  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure survey functionality and flow.


Requirements:



  • Expertise in programming surveys in Qualtrics, including using advanced features like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

  • Experience with survey design for multiple audiences and sample sources.

  • Ability to test and troubleshoot surveys before they go live.




Moderators/Interviewers for Focus Groups and In-Depth Interviews:Β 




Responsibilities:



  • Moderate focus groups and conduct one-on-one interviews using digital platforms (Zoom, Teams).

  • Manage group dynamics and ensure all participants have an opportunity to speak.

  • Analyze qualitative data and provide actionable insights based on the discussions.


Requirements:



  • Minimum of 5 years of experience moderating focus groups or conducting in-depth interviews.

  • Experience across various industries, including CPGs, nonprofits, education, and financial services.

  • Strong verbal communication and group management skills.




Website Tagging and Analytics Specialist (GTM, GA4):Β 




Responsibilities:



  • Set up and manage website tags in GTM for custom and standard events.

  • Ensure accuracy in Google Analytics implementations (GA4), including event tracking and custom dimensions.

  • Conduct quality control (QC) of website tags and debug any tagging issues.


Requirements:



  • Expertise in using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for custom tagging.

  • Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and validating data tracking setups.
