Inizio Engage is looking for a Head of Finance – US.
As the senior leader in Finance for Engage North American businesses, the Head of Finance – Americas will lead the Americas finance function, partner with the Presidents and Americas business leaders, and manage all financial related matters on behalf of the Americas group of businesses. Act as the financial strategic partner for US business leaders and lead and manage the North American Engage Finance teams. Collaborate with the Inizio Divisional CFO to provide updates on financial performance, working capital and cash flow, create fiscal year budgets, update fiscal year forecasts throughout the year, create and maintain high degree of financial controls.
Job Location: Yardley, PA (remote/home-based work is permitted with required office hours of 1 day per week)

What will you be doing?
Knows and adheres to generally accepted accounting principles (US GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as applicable.
Oversees all functions of accounting department, including month end closing process, post close balance sheet reconciliation reviews, revenue recognition, and monthly forecast submissions.
Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Expert in variance analysis (actual to budget / forecast) and can articulate drivers behind any unexpected variances.
Demonstrated experience and success in expertly managing working capital and cash flow, including accuracy of forecasting and explanation of any unplanned variances.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, as well as the ability to meet deadlines.
Leads all financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities for the agency.
Collaborate with the group President, business leaders and department heads to create budgets, track performance, and measure against KPI’s.
Develop strategies to increase return on investment and profit margins.
Represent the respective businesses in management presentations, including monthly business reviews, budget meetings and other Engage and Inizio meetings as required.
Act as a liaison between Engage Americas Finance and Inizio Finance on any Inizio projects and/or work requirements.
Experience in managing finance teams in multiple time zones and in different countries.
Manage a team of finance professionals and build a high performing finance function.
Direct reports include VP of Finance for North America(s), Finance Director(s), other roles as deemed appropriate in collaboration with the Divisional CFO.
Be a trusted advisor to the agency President and department leads to assist in optimal financial decision making.
Act as a strategic partner, focussing on utilisation rates, margin and pricing enhancement, client contracting and rates, leading regular analysis of key metrics and delivery to financial KPIs.
Performance manages the finance team and as , ensuring key deliverables and requirements such as month end closure, budget processes, forecasting processes.
Ensure the Finance team manages their relevant inputs and outputs as to Oracle and partner with the Operations and Growth leadership to ensure appropriate processes and management are in place to ensure compliant financial information is available in time for Finance to report as required.
Act as a contributor and leader of the divisional Finance leadership team.
What do you need for this position?
10+ years’ experience managing a finance department overseeing multiple legal entities, as well as all financial statement reporting for these entities.
Skilled leader and has built high performance accounting and finance teams, ideally across different countries and time zones.
Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building skills.
Excellent communication and platform skills with a strong work ethic.
Determined to succeed and contribute.
Ability to travel as necessary or , which may include overnight travel.
Excellent written and oral communication skills .
