Description

Symmetrio is recruiting for their client, a leading provider of cutting-edge healthcare capital equipment and software solution, Β a dynamic and results-driven Healthcare Account Executive to join the sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling high-dollar capital equipment and software solutions to hospitals and health systems within the South Florida/Caribbean territory.Β  This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.Β  Previous experience selling into hospitals, IDNs and healthcare systems is a MUST.Β 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, department heads, and purchasing managers, at hospitals and health systems.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of the equipment and software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and meet sales objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and differentiate our offerings.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reports to management.



Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare sales, with a proven track record of success in selling high-dollar capital equipment and software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including hospital operations, regulatory requirements, and reimbursement models.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned territory (up to 40%).
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
