Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Conduct data analysis to inform talent acquisition strategies and succession planning efforts.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop strategic plans for talent acquisition.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Maintain employee records in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Utilize timekeeping and attendance management to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Provide support for employee relations issues, conducting investigations as necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources or related field, with a focus on recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret metrics to drive decision-making.
- Knowledge of succession planning principles and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes within HR functions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
