HR Associate / Coordinator
Location: Dallas, TX
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 Β + Β Benefits

Job Type: Full-Time; Hybrid (2 days remote after initial training period)
Typical Hours: Monday β Friday, 40 hours/week
Travel: 1-2 times/year for campus job fairs

HR Associate / Coordinator Description
Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking an HR Associate / Coordinator to join their team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between employees and the professional employer organization (PEO), streamlining HR processes, and providing support across recruitment, payroll, onboarding, and employee relations. To be successful, you must have a proactive approach, a willingness to learn and handle diverse HR functions, in an environment with limited structure. HR Associate / Coordinator Responsibilities
β’ Β Β Support recruitment efforts, post open jobs, resume reviews, and scheduling interviews
β’ Β Β Coordinate onboarding and ensure new employees receive proper orientation materials
β’ Β Β Manage and maintain accurate employee records and documentation
β’ Β Β Serve as company liaison with PEO on employee benefits, payroll and HR inquiries
β’ Β Β Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy of time and attendance data
β’ Β Β Assist managers to address employee concerns and ensure effective communication
β’ Β Β Maintain HR processes aligned with regulations and required documentation
HR Associate / Coordinator Qualifications
β’ Β Β 1+ years of human resources experience required
β’ Β Β Exposure to campus job/career fairs required
β’ Β Β Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
β’ Β Β Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
β’ Β Β Strong organizational and multitasking skills required
