GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB
The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Administrator coordinates and manages the successful design, strategy, and delivery of people processes through tools, technology, and data leveraging the HRIS system (ADP). They are subject matter expert in ADP, HRIS tools, and an integral HR partner to collaborate and share information. This position Β ensures the change management processes are in place to drive adoption and engagement of the HR processes and tools. This position Β partners closely with IT and supports IT in their business requirements and serves as a key liaison to departments and staff who support Human Resources. This position Β develops HR solutions in partnership with the HR Team and deploys those innovation solutions to our workforce. This position is responsible for data management, reporting on HR metrics, regulatory reporting and SOC II compliance requirements, ADP innovations, and streamline HRIS processes to support the HR team to enable better business decisions and outcomes.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Human Resources Information System Subject Matter Expert
- Oversee and maintain optimal function of the internal HR information services systems, primarily ADP, which may also include database management, network support, installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades to applications, systems, and modules.
- Maintain HR/Payroll database files, tables, codes, backup files, integrity, and security.
- Collaborate with leadership and HR staff to identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing information services and databases; recommends and implements solutions.
- Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations & settings for HR services users.
- Program custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
- Compile or assists with complex data reports, summaries, and logs requested by leaders and HR staff.
- HR/Payroll liaison between Information Services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HR database design and implementation projects; Track and manage the timing of major HRIS changes.
- Ensure data compliance issues are in line with external regulatory requirements.
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR employees via IT Ticketing System.
- Engage with other HR team members and Subject Matter Experts to understand complex issues and develop streamlined solutions in ADP to support HR improved processes and workflows.
- Develop consistent deployment of best in class recommended solutions for HR operations.
- Leverage HRIS strategic insights to recommend solutions and processes that innovate HR operations.
Project Assistance
- Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.Β
- Manage the HRIS portfolio of tools in use and assist in future deployments of modules.
- Partner with other departments to assess available tools and possible integration with core HR platform
- Assist with HR/ Payroll change initiatives.
- Ensure information needs are met through defined reports and detailed analytics.
- May assist with the facilitation of Conflict of Interest processing and approvals.
- Assist with SOC II regulatory requirements and reporting.
Technology Management
- Partner with IT to maintain outside system integrations with the HRIS system.
- Gain operational efficiencies through effective tools and processes and data management.
- Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITIES
- Knowledge of Human Resource policies and procedures, labor laws and regulations to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
- Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in data management and security, HR technology, and HRIS applications.
- Strong organizational skills.Β
- Compliance experience: understanding of the data compliance rules, good understanding of information protection rules.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proven analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proven accuracy with data entry and detail orientation.
- Ability to manage large data sets and apply requisite knowledge and gain insights.
- Superior level of integrity and proven ability to effectively manage confidential dataΒ
- Systems knowledge: ADP, including report writing, Β proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) is required. Intermediate-to-Advanced Excel skill is a plus. Experience working in Shared Services is extremely helpful.
- Proven ability to manage HR projects independently and to leverage contributions of other team members to accomplish projects.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelorβs degree in human resource management, Information Systems or relevant field and 4 years of experience in HR Application / HRIS area
OR

Associate degree with at least 6 years of HRIS experienceΒ
ADP and UltiPro experience strongly preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparation and analysis of documents; viewing a computer terminal; and extensive reading.Β
- Physical activity in this position includes crouching, reaching, walking, talking, hearing and repetitive motion of hands, wrists and fingers.Β
- Sedentary work with lifting requirements up to 10 pounds, sitting for extended periods of time.Β
- Mental concentration is required in all aspects of work.

SALARY:Β Depending on qualifications & experience of candidate. This position is exempt and is not eligible for overtime compensation.Β
