Responsibilities:
Your accountability will span, but not be restricted to, the following:
- Crafting strategic business and account blueprints to optimize revenue from new clients by catering to the unique needs and opportunities within the assigned scope.
- Selling integrated solutions (e.g., intertwining Learning and Development and Assessments) to address a gamut of complex business challenges. This entails nurturing senior relationships, unearthing new opportunities, and excelling in key account management.
- Manifesting an in-depth acumen across your specialist category, evolving as a trusted advisor both within and outside the organization.
- Sustaining and growing long-term relationships for the genesis of new and cross-sell business ventures.
- Coordinating with and influencing multiple internal stakeholders to propel the account and associated projects.
- Drafting complex proposals and solutions, blending creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, and specialist knowledge.
- Engaging with client's technical buyers to debate the merits of our client's products, analyzing specified problems to derive the best technical and/or professional solutions.
- Being adeptly networked across the organization, persuading and encouraging Consultants to adopt digital solutions.
- Maintaining a precise record of client information and opportunities in customer relationship management systems.
- Preparing and presenting articulate proposals, and ensuring compliance with contracting and account administration processes to meet all contractual, legal, and invoicing requisites efficiently.
Requirements- Extensive experience in account management, notably within large strategic account management.
- Proven track record in developing new business and nurturing client relationships.
- Entrepreneurial, bold, and creative with a thorough understanding of the challenges within an account and the ability to position broad solutions.
- Significant experience in Digital SaaS consultative selling, with pre/post-sales activities within professional services.
- Profound expertise in Talent Management and/or Assessment & Selection, coupled with a solid grasp of how our client's broader solutions address business issues.
- Exceptional written, verbal communication, and presentation skills; strong conceptual and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to provide influential input towards the ongoing enhancement of major global processes, protocols, and standards within the digital domain.
- Effective pipeline analysis and opportunity forecasting skills.
- Customer-centric selling skills with the ability to constructively and persuasively present and defend viewpoints.
- Insatiable curiosity, a drive to succeed, perseverance, and a positive demeanor.
- Proficiency in engaging with senior-level management with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
