Pay Range
$107,550 - $133,524 Annually for the E05.3 level
$129,030 - $160,188ย Annually for the E05.4 level
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.ย ย An employeeโs position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
We have an opening for a HR Project Manager. Working with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts, you will lead projects of all sizes for HR systems, functions, and operational/process improvements. This position is in the Human Resources (HR) Directorate and will work closely with the leadership team and across functions to develop and implement strategies that will improve human resources business practices.
This position offers a full-time off-site work schedule.ย You will collaborate and contribute through virtual interactions.ย Occasional on-site presence to meet business needs may be required.
This position will be filled at eitherย level based on knowledge and related experience as assessed by the hiring team. Additional job responsibilities (outlined below) will be assigned if hired at the higher level.

This is a Flexible Term appointment, which is for a definite period not to exceed six years.ย ย If final candidate is a Career Indefinite employee, Career Indefinite status may be maintained (should funding allow).

Depending on your job duties, you may be required to work in a Limited Area whereย you are not permitted to have a personal and/or laboratory mobile deviceย in your possession.ย This includes, but not limited to cell phones, tablets, fitness devices, wireless headphones, and other Bluetooth/wireless enabled devices.ย ย
Ifย you useย aย medical device, whichย pairs with a mobile device,ย you must still follow the rules concerningย the mobile device in individual sections within Limited Areas.ย Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities requireย separate approval. Hearing aids without wireless capabilities or wireless that has been disabled are allowed in Limited Areas, Secure Space and Transit/Buffer Space within buildings.
