Our client, in the digital solutions industry, is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their growing team in Farmington, CT. This hybrid role offers remote flexibility while fostering in-person collaboration a few days a week. You will provide advanced technical support for software, hardware, and network issues as a bridge between the help desk and engineering teams. Strong Linux experience is required. In addition, exposure to programming and a programming language (such as Python or Shell), whether gained through school, work, or personal projects, is desirable. [Hybrid] Technical Support Engineer (Linux exp. req; Farmington, CT) Responsibilities

•    Provide advanced technical support for software, hardware and network issues
•    Troubleshoot network connectivity using tools like tcpdump, ping, etc. 
•    Diagnose and resolve issues related to content delivery 
•    Perform root cause analysis and identify trends 
•    Investigate hardware issues with printers, scanners, displays, etc. 
•    Collaborate with help desk and engineering teams for issue resolution 
•    Identify problems and document resolutions
•    Work with embedded Linux, databases, and programming languages

•    2+ years of Linux technical support required 
•    Exposure to programming and programming languages (Python, Shell, etc.) required 
•    Strong Troubleshooting and analytical skills required 
•    Software and hardware experience required 
•    Excellent communication skills required
