We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join usΒ as an equity co-founder at Launch Legends, a pioneering venture that merges Web3 blockchainΒ technology with the burgeoning Creator Industry. This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer-1 blockchain platform (Testnet Launching in October) and GO WFO extreme sports creator network built on Autheo.


We are launching our Cosmos Layer-1 Blockchain in October with a Node Sale in November. We will be conducting our Public Token Sale inΒ January. Until Token Sale, equity and token compensation only; and after a successful token sale we will onboard cofounders for salary plus equity and tokens.Β

As a part-time co-founder, you will:



  • Collaborate with a team of seasoned entrepreneurs who have successfully launched ventures nationally and internationally, raised capital exceeding $500 million, and spearheaded several high-revenue disruptive projects.

  • Work alongside our global team of 55 experts to position Launch Legends as a leader in the creator network, with the potential to revolutionize the industry.


Future Compensation Plans


While this is initially an equity-only role, our comprehensive tokenomics plan includes offering tokens to co-founders upon completion. Following our anticipated public token sale within the next six months, we plan to introduce salaries for both full-time and part-time positions.


About the Organization


Launch Lends has been under development for over two years. We are gearing up to launch:



  1. Autheo:Β Our Layer-1 blockchain platform tailored for creators to own, expand, and monetize their networks.

  2. WFO:Β The first Layer-2 Creator Network focused on extreme sports operating on the Autheo platform.


These initiatives are set to transform the creator industry,Β projected to reach $500 billion by 2027, and theΒ extreme sports market, an excitingΒ sports sector with over 400 million active partipants worldwide.Β 


THE ROLE: INVESTOR RELATIONS LEAD


As the Investor Relations Lead, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, and connecting with key investors and funding platforms to support our capital-raising efforts. Your primary goal will be to build a robust pipeline of investor leads and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders across angel investor networks, launchpads, and venture capital firms.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Research and identify potential angel investors, angel networks, launchpads, and venture capital firms aligned with our mission.

  • Source and actively seek out investor leads through online research, networking events, and investor databases.

  • Build and maintain a database of qualified investor leads, ensuring up-to-date contact information and investment preferences.

  • Initiate outreach to investors through emails, calls, and networking events to establish relationships and generate interest in our projects.

  • Develop and refine pitch materials, including presentations, investment decks, and executive summaries, tailored to each audience.

  • Establish and nurture relationships with angel networks, launchpads, and venture capitalists to expand funding opportunities.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate investor feedback and align fundraising strategies.

  • Track and manage investor interactions and follow-ups through CRM tools or similar platforms.

  • Assist in planning and organizing investor meetings, calls, and virtual or in-person events.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay informed about potential funding opportunities.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience in investor relations, business development, or similar roles, with a focus on angel investors, angel networks, or launchpads.

  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify potential investors and evaluate their fit with our company.

  • Experience sourcing investor leads through networking, online platforms, and industry events.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach emails and pitch presentations.

  • Familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrency markets is a strong plus.

  • Familiarity with the startup ecosystem, blockchain, technology, or SaaS industries is a plus.

  • Experience using CRM tools or investor databases to track and manage leads.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with investors and stakeholders.


Plus:



  • A network of existing investor contacts is highly desirable and will be considered a major advantage.


This role is pivotal in driving the growth of individual users in the SocialFi space by leveraging Web3 technology and enhancing user engagement through gamification and community-driven strategies.


Compensation:



  • Equity and Token-based compensation as a part-time co-founder

  • Ample Token allocations in the Autheo Layer-1 Blockchain

  • After successful token sale (anticipated by January),Β salary will be there.
