About the role
We are looking for an IP & Data Transaction Counsel to join our exciting team!
Collaborate with the data and product teams to provide pragmatic legal guidance on potential data transactions.
Draft, negotiate, and close media data acquisition deals.
Engage and negotiate with rightsholder collectives.
Help the commercial legal team draft, negotiate, and close commercial agreements.

What you bring
Have 6+ years of tech, in-house, or media entertainment legal experience.
Strong experience with intellectual property law in the US, UK, and EU.
Strong experience with media, book publishing, or music license agreements.
Experience in negotiating deals as the sole attorney.
Strong background in technology, including experience and familiarity with AI or a demonstrated interest in AI.
Can write clearly and concisely, able to distill complex concepts into simple, explainable, and persuasive ideas.
Cross-border experience, particularly in the US, UK, and EU countries. Dual-qualified is a plus.
