The Opportunity:
CACI’s Agile Digital Solutions Operating Group is searching for individuals to lead application development and support for NASA's enterprise business systems. Selected candidates will deliver and sustain capabilities in a fast-paced SAFe agile development environment. CACI is hiring a Cybersecurity engineer who can deliver expert-level information. Â
Responsibilities:
As a Cybersecurity Engineer Lead, you will be part of a team delivering:Â
- Apply expert knowledge of concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments.  Â
- Support enterprise Cybersecurity standards.  Â
- In coordination with Government develop and implement Cybersecurity standards and procedures.  Â
- Coordinate, develop, and recommend security processes for an organization.  Â
- Recommend Cybersecurity solutions to support customers’ requirements.  Â
- Identify and report security violations. Â
- Recommend and satisfy Cybersecurity requirements based upon the analysis of CSPP, policy, regulatory, and resource demands.  Â
- Support customers at the highest levels in the development and implementation of processes and policies.  Â
- Apply know-how to government and commercial common user systems, as well as to dedicated special purpose systems requiring specialized security features and procedures.  Â
- Supports design and development of security features for system architecture requirements.  Â
- Analyze and makes recommendations of security requirements for computer systems which may include mainframes, workstations, and personal computers.  Â
- Support design, development, engineering, and implementation of solutions that meet CSPP requirements.  Â
- Provide integration and implementation of the computer system security solution.  Â
- Analyze general Cybersecurity-related technical problems and provides basic engineering and technical support in solving these problems.  Â
- Supports vulnerability/risk analyses of computer systems and applications during all phases of the system development life cycle.  Â
- Perform all procedures necessary to ensure the safety of information systems data assets and to protect systems from intentional or inadvertent access, theft, or destruction.  Â
- Ensure that all information systems are functional and secure.Â
- Ensure cyber monitoring is performed timely and cyber responses occur within established processes/procedures Â
- Ensure team supports critical processes outside of normal hours to include nights, weekends and holidays. Â
- Lead rapid response to quickly resolve cyber eventsÂ
- Communicate with senior customer stakeholders on reporting metrics (e.g., # of events, average time to respond, affected applications or platforms, etc.)Â Â
- Lead preparation and distribution of cyber/IA required reportingÂ

- Ensure cyber monitoring is performed timely and cyber responses occur within established processes/procedures Â

- Lead rapid response to quickly resolve cyber eventsÂ
- Communicate with senior customer stakeholders on reporting metrics (e.g., # of events, average time to respond, affected applications or platforms, etc.)Â Â
- Lead preparation and distribution of cyber/IA required reportingÂ
Â
Qualifications:
Required:Â
- Must be a U.S. citizenÂ
- Active Public Trust clearance with ability to obtain higher level clearance, if neededÂ
- BA/BS degree + 10 years of recent specialized experienceÂ
- Prior experience leading cyber and IA security activities on a large, complex program Â
- Familiar with domain structures, user authentication, and digital signatures.  Â
- Understanding of firewall theory and configuration Â
- One or more of the following certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC.Â
- Experience with ITIL frameworks Â
- Must have 10+ years related technical experienceÂ
- Excellent verbal and written communication skillsÂ
Â
Desired:Â
- Experience managing operations in an Agile environmentÂ
- Experience with SecDevOpps and Agile processes and/or toolsÂ

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$95,500-$210,100
