ML Technical Lead Consultants required for a unique opportunity to work for an established and rapidly growing consultancy based in VA (position is remote within USA). As the Senior Consultant your responsibilities will include:

• Independent Client-Facing Work: Utilize consulting and technical skills to work independently in client-facing project environments. Take responsibility for project execution, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and address potential roadblocks.


• ETL/ELT Pipeline Design: Lead end-to-end design and implementation of multiple ETL/ELT pipelines, demonstrating efficient data transformation.


• Machine Learning Leadership: Successfully lead small machine-learning projects, achieving measurable performance enhancements under engagement lead supervision.


• Real-Time Data Processing: Contribute to real-time data processing solutions and managed streaming data.


• Security and Compliance: Implement security and compliance measures for data pipelines.


• Production-Level ML Pipelines: Deploy production-level machine learning pipelines to impact clients’ business.

The right Senior Data Scientist will have the following essential skills:

• 2+ years client facing data science / ML experience


• Experienced in deploying ML pipelines, models, and processes.


• Knowledge of Gen AI / LLMs / NLP


• Databricks knowledge


• Experience leading small projects


• AWS / Azure preferred, GCP ok


• Skilled in data modeling, database design, and version control.


• Capable of architecting scalable and fault-tolerant data solutions across Azure, AWS, and Databricks.


• Passionate about technology and pushing new ideas forward;


• Strong communication skills and a key attention to detail.
