Job Descriptionย 

  • Prepares and assembles medical record documentation/charts for physicianย 

  • Ensures medical record compliance by self-documentation attestation.ย 

  • Updates patient history, physical exam, and other pertinent health information in the patientย 

  • Prepares and sends all documentation to physician for review and approval via authentication of detailed data entry and facility-specific procedures.ย 

  • Monitors the duration of basic lab results and screening procedures.ย 

  • Complies with hospital and medical facility policies, including those relating to HIPAA and Joint Commission.ย 

  • Performs other clerical duties and tasks to improve provider productivity and clinic workflow as assigned.ย 

  • Demonstrate understanding necessary to assess, review and apply criteria

Requirements:ย 

  • Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role preferredย 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skillsย 

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailย 

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentย 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR) systemsย 

  • Compassionate and empathetic demeanorย 

  • Desktop/Laptop with at least i3/Ryzen3 processor and 8gb of Ramย 

  • Webcam, Noise Cancelling headset, 30mbps internet speed or aboveย 

  • Dedicated place at home for workย
