PPC Specialist - Mannix Marketing
Mannix Marketing, a leading Digital Marketing Agency, is seeking a talented and results-driven PPC Specialist to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. As a PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing lead generation focused pay-per-click advertising campaigns for our diverse client base across industries such as local advertising, senior living, manufacturing, tourism, and nonprofits.

Position Overview
The PPC Specialist will play a crucial role in driving client success through strategic paid search campaigns. You will work closely with our digital marketing team to create, optimize, and analyze PPC campaigns that deliver measurable results and ROI for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and social media advertising platforms

  • Create, manage, and optimize paid search, social, display, video, and remarketing campaigns

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for campaign growth and optimization

  • Write compelling ad copy and develop effective landing pages to maximize conversion rates

  • Implement and manage bid strategies to optimize campaign performance and budget utilization

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams

  • Collaborate with SEO, content, and social media teams to ensure integrated digital marketing strategies


Qualifications:



  • Strong English language verbal and written skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in managing PPC campaigns

  • Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising certifications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

  • Excellent knowledge of PPC platforms, tools, and best practices

  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and data visualization platforms

  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization

  • Strong project management and time management skills


Preferred Skills:



  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Experience with client reporting tools such as GA4 and Looker Studio

  • Familiarity with SEO principles and how they integrate with PPC strategies
