The Opportunity:
As Project Lead, you will have direct responsibility for Team CACI performance and operational readiness of all basic and advanced online, Distance Learning, and eLearning Program of Instruction (POI)/curriculum. The Project Lead handles coordination and communication with the USAJFKSWCS-SOCoE-VTT-OY03-06 Performance Monitor (PfM). The Project Lead will coordinate with PfM to evaluate, refine, and/or enhance project scope, outcomes, and deliverables; monitor budget/funding requirements and communicate with PfM for timely incremental funding and/or Period of Performance (POP) funding; communicate budget/funding requirements to Program Finance and the FGL in support of Task Order modifications; Track project progress and possible issues and/or obstacles; Manage and resolve issues, identify potential risks; Report and document monthly progress; Communicate with key stakeholders as required; Design and implement strategies and activities to ensure successful day-to-day operations; Prepare reports and/or presentations to communicate requirements, status, and progress; Build and implement strategy to meet customer support requirements with the assistance of the FGL.โฏThe Project Lead ensures effective integration and execution in support of USAJFKSWCS operational requirements, and all Team CACI employees stay in compliance with DOD, USASOC, and CACI policies and procedures. Additionally, the Project Lead will correlate contract deliverables, lessons learned, and client feedback and report to the Training Development and Delivery (TDD) Functional Group Lead.โฏโฏ
Responsibilities:
You will lead, direct, and manage a team responsible for training and curriculum development, web-based and virtual content, online instruction/facilitation, testing, archiving, cyber security, as well as curriculum and content revision to ensure accurate Counter Threat Finance (CTF), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Cryptocurrency Fundamentals, and Dark Web Targeting and Analysis.
Work with VTT Performance Monitor (PfM) to design, affect and drive training and ensure program goals and requirements are met.โฏโฏย
Coordinate with Performance Monitor (PfM) to evaluate, refine, and/or enhance project scope, outcomes, and deliverables.โฏย
Monitor budget/funding requirements and communicate with PfM for timely incremental funding and/or Period of Performance (POP) funding.โฏย
Communicate budget/funding requirements to Program Finance in support of Task Order Modifications.โฏย
Track project progress and possible issues and/or obstacles.โฏย
Manage and resolve issues, identify potential risks to VTT curriculum and POI.โฏย

Communicate/coordinate with Functional Lead and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Required:ย
Current Top Secret security clearance.
Minimum of 10 years of military/DOD experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experienceย in Special Operations.ย ย
Minimum of 3 years of experienceย of training and exercise development and delivery.ย
Demonstrated Task Lead/project management experience.
Demonstratedย experienceย analyzingย current and future threats to provide Soldiers, Sailor, Airmen, and Marines with relevant training.
Experience integrating information, analysis, technology, and interagency collaboration, lessons learned, and best practices for training support to enable effective and efficient dissemination of threat training.ย
Demonstrated familiarization with the Army Training Management Program and large-scale, enterprise-wide training programs.
Desired:
Bachelorโs or masterโs degree from accredited college or university.
Experience with web-based and distance learning content/curriculum development.
Experience with implementing/managing virtual training platforms.
Experience with web-based and distance learning access control and cyber security requirements.
Demonstrated familiarization with the Army Training Management Program and large-scale, enterprise-wide training programs.
Demonstrated operational or institutional training domain experience and integration across Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership & Education, Personnel, and Facilities (DOTMLPF).

The proposed salary range for this position is:
