Job Summary
Our RadScience team is looking for a Project Manager to deliver value and keep our projects on budget and on time, sound like you?
This role can be remote in the US or in any of our US offices, including New York City, Boston, or Chicago.
What you'll do:
I. Project Tracking, Organization & Timelines
Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of internal processes and resources.
Collaborates with the Account team to optimize scope Input Meetings, create Staffing Plans and collaborate on Project Plans. Recognizes project risks to manage and mediate project issues and proactively develops solutions.
Manages day-to-day workflow for multiple projects with internal teams.
Creates, manages, and maintains project timelines in Workfront.
Proactively provides solutions-oriented thinking regarding timeline challenges.
Owns and maintains project tracker documents (i.e., internal status reports, hot sheets).
Spearheads weekly resource planning meetings with Resource Manager.
Owns internal communication and questions related to their projects.
Owns external third-party vendor/contractor relationships (i.e., voiceover recording, print production) related to coordination and production of end product.
II. Financials
Works with the Finance team and senior leaders to begin understanding internal financial processes, in- progress tracking, and project completion percentage.
Manages the project burn by ensuring that teams are staying within timelines and scoped hours.
Approves project timesheets and alerts Account Lead of notable changes.
III. Quality Control Review & Medical Legal Regulatory Submission
Manages routing of assets for review in Workfront and ensures project is tracking according to the Project Plan.
Accurately compiles submission documents and is the expert on the client submission platforms, processes, and guidelines.
Depending on the background of the project manager, may be responsible for quality control review of key milestone deliveries (i.e., editorial review, content checks, scientific quality checks, confirms references and annotations).
Formally submits key milestone deliveries for medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) review and/or applicable client review process.
Manages MLR reviews, collates client and reviewer feedback & delegates revisions to production team.
IV. Professional Development
Collaborates with supervisor on development of goals and works towards progress.
Contributes and/or provides feedback to supervisor, leadership, and fellow team members with a solution-oriented focus
With guidance from the Supervisor, may work with new staff to help with their onboarding and training

Proficient in Adobe Acrobat and Outlook is highly desirable
Experience with work management software such as Workfront is desirable
Education and Experience
Degree in project management, art, computer graphics or related discipline, or equivalent experience
Degree in biomedical visualization from an AMA accredited graduate program is desirable.
Pay Range: $82,000- $92,000
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
