Qualifications
โ€ขA minimum of 1 year's call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience is mandatory.
โ€ขCandidates with previous high volume outbound call center experience in a metrics-centric environment
handling auto-dialer and scripts are given preference.
โ€ขAn enthusiasm for working in a results-focused outbound call center milieu.
โ€ขConvincing yet courteous demeanor while managing customer objections and issues.
โ€ขEffective communication skills characterized by a friendly and conversational tone.
โ€ขStrict adherence to daily schedule including timely start, breaks, lunch, and end times.
โ€ขStrong technical acumen and the proficiency to simultaneously manage multiple systems while making
calls.
โ€ขFluency in English
โ€ขTo qualify for remote or hybrid position, you must have reliable internet service with a verified minimum of
10MB upload/download availability in your home.
โ€ขTo qualify for remote or hybrid position, you must have the following equipment: keyboard, monitor and
computer. Company provides headset. You are to provide your own workspace, furniture and ensure a
quiet workspace.
โ€ขA clear background check is a prerequisite for this role.

Responsibilities
โ€ขYour responsibility will be to connect with customers through our CRM, schedule and confirm appointments.
โ€ขAchieve a minimum of 300 calls per day and the ability to set 5 to 7 appointments per day.
โ€ขConsistently demonstrate impeccable customer service and customer satisfaction.
โ€ขEffectively communicate appointment expectations, respond to objections tactfully and professionally
โ€ขDisplay a positive, professional, and energetic demeanor towards customers and co-workers.
โ€ขMeet daily performance expectations set by the department head.
โ€ขNegotiation skills in setting times and dates for appointments.
โ€ข Immediately escalate any member complaints to your manager.
โ€ขParticipate occasionally in one-on-one coaching sessions
