Job Description
Sales Consultants are responsible for recruiting, training, educating, motivating and maintaining National and Regional Broker Partners to sell, service and conserve business in order to ensure profitable growth and to meet sales objectives established for an assigned market within the territory.Key Responsibilities:
Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is an annual salary of $45,000 + performance incentives, with the earning potential of $150k - $200k annually.
*ย Incentive based on productivity: incentive payments are not guaranteed and are governed by the terms of the applicableย sales bonus planย which is subject to change at Allstateโs discretion.
