About the Role
We're looking for someone who is passionate about Sales and Cyber Security, who loves to hustle and understands working with the nuances of a startup. The Sales Manager would be part of our Leadership team - working closely with the Founder, Board Members, Leaders, while managing and hustling with the team. Someone who is enthusiastic, has great network and connections in the industry, is strategically inclined, with problem solving capabilities, analytical ability, bonds well with the team and high on integrity.

Qualifications:
7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in the cyber security industry, including selling to large enterprises and SMBs.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
Experience as the first sales leader in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
Deep understanding of the cyber security industry, including knowledge of digital risk management and threat intelligence.
Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
Strong network and relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the cyber security space.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
