The Senior Compensation Analyst contributes and supports the administration of executive, exempt and non-exempt compensation programs for Office Depot; facilitates implementation of program, compensation structures, and system changes to support company strategic plan ensuring equitable compensation; and serves as an internal consultant to all levels of the organization.Β

Designs and manages compensation projects from planning and research to implementation.Β Conducts market pricing and internal equity studies and participates in surveys.Β Performs complex research, statistical analysis, and reporting.Β Assists in the development of compensation policies and programs.Β Administers annual compensation programs.Β Interfaces and develops positive working relationships with internal customers.Β Coordinates special projects as assigned.
