As a Senior Designer, you will:

  • Conceptualize, ideate, and design assets for digital and print mediums that align with client brand guidelines while infusing fresh and innovative ideas.
  • Serve as the go-to designer for best-in-class presentations and decks for the new business team, producing impactful mockups and key visuals that effectively communicate creative concepts and resonate with clients.
  • Create scroll-stopping and visually engaging content for social media, incorporating dynamic video and motion elements, as well as in-app graphics, to enhance storytelling and captivate audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters and creative directors to transform creative briefs into compelling designs and deliver high-quality social content.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure innovative output.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior staff, helping them develop their skills and refine their client management capabilities.


Requirements

Experience you have:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a designer in a PR/earned or creative agency environment, ideally suited for designers looking to advance to a senior designer role.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation design programs (especially Google Slides).
  • Experience in creating dynamic video and motion design, as well as leveraging in-app graphics, is a plus.
  • Your portfolio demonstrates a strong understanding of social media and communications design across consumer and tech industries.

  • Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 (Compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, expertise, skills, and abilities.)
