Radius Recycling (RDUS) is one of the largest manufacturers and exporters of recycled metal products in North America with operating facilities located in 25 states, Puerto Rico, and Western Canada. RDUS has 7 deep water export facilities located on both the East and West Coasts and in Hawaii and Puerto Rico. The Companyβs integrated operating platform also includes a variety of recycling services and retail stores which sell serviceable used auto parts from salvaged vehicles. The Companyβs steel manufacturing operations produce finished steel products, including rebar, wire rod, and other specialty products. The Company began operations in 1906 in Portland, Oregon, and it became publicly listed in 1993 (RDUS traded on the NASDAQ Global Select Market).
The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for providing support to HR Shared Services and the overall Radius organization, through custom report development, creation of HR analytics, dashboards, and presentations, as well as maintenance and support of the HCM system and various HR applications.
Salary Range $90,000 - $100,000

Visual acuity needed to perform close detail work for preparation and proofreading of business correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, and operating a computer terminal.

Communication ranges from answering simple questions to troubleshooting complex system issues.
