What We Need…Senior Project ManagerΒ 


In partnership with Learning Strategists/Designers, the Senior Project Manager leads the execution of client projects by managing and executing operational and administrative functions, including timelines, project plans, and budgets/invoices. This includes managing submissions of project deliverables for clients' medical, legal, and regulatory copy reviews via client submission platforms and standards.Β  Β 


Core Responsibilities


Project Management:

  • As the primary point of contact, manages and executes client training projects, including planning, budgeting, timelines, and project plans
  • Ensures timely delivery of high-quality deliverables and recommends process improvements
  • Communicates and manages project status with clients as well as internal and external teams, managing risks and issues
  • Serves as part of the pitch team for new business opportunities, managing related deliverables including proposals and presentations
  • Manages revenue of $1.4M–$1.6M

Client Relationship Management

  • Builds and fosters positive client relationships
  • Leads on-site training execution at live and virtual meetings, as needed
Requirements
  • Over 6 years of project management experience in sales training with a life science training agency
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Expertise with Veeva VaultΒ 
  • Expertise with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar project management software
  • Experience managing digital interactive training
  • CAPM or PMP is a plus
  • Overnight travel associated with live, in-person meetings could necessitate a one to five-night stay onsiteΒ 
  • Soft Skills: Β Proficient in project and time management, skilled in tactful and effective communication, highly organized and detail-oriented, strong problem-solving capabilities, thrives under pressure, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, able to influence and motivate others effectively
