We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead key utility projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring that all aspects of the project are planned and executed to meet goals within the established time frames and budgets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role will also be responsible for project profitability, including contract terms, budget management, change orders, scope management, and resource allocation. Additionally, the Senior Project Manager will ensure that consultants maintain the expected level of billable utilization and will drive continuous improvement in our project management practices.

Project Management Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate project teams to accomplish work effectively and on schedule.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans and schedules, monitoring progress and proactively addressing potential issues.
- Provide executive-level status reports to customers and leadership.
- Manage project budgets, scope, change orders, and profitability to ensure project success.
- Work closely with customers to ensure successful completion of implementations, consistently managing client expectations.
