Our team works closely with our Home Office, Store, and Logistic businesses to better serve customers by empowering team members, stores, and merchants with technological innovation. From groceries and entertainment to sporting goods and crafts, Walmart U.S. offers an extensive selection that our customers value, whether they shop online at Walmart.com, through one of our mobile apps, or in-store. Focus areas include digital signage for employees, in-stores, logistics buildings, and home offices campuses.Β

What You'll Do:Β 

  • Work with customers to determine solution requirementsΒ 
  • Leading and overseeing developmentΒ 
  • Create long term strategies and roadmapsΒ 
  • Collaborate across teams to coordinate multiple development effortsΒ 
  • Conduct requirement analysis and scoping, utilizing risk analysis methodologies and domain knowledge to classify functional and non-functional requirements while creating user stories for Agile environments.Β 
  • Design scalable software solutions, converting high-level designs into detailed designs, and evaluate trade-offs to meet business objectives.Β 
  • Develop and configure maintainable code in various programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, C#), adhering to coding standards and ensuring quality, security, and compliance with best practices.Β 
  • Execute comprehensive testing strategies, including test case preparation and root cause analysis, to ensure high-quality deliverables.Β 
  • Monitor project progress against milestones, manage defects through their lifecycle, and perform troubleshooting to enhance application performance and reliability.Β

What You'll Bring:Β 

  • 5 years of experience in React, Node JS and Relational databasesΒ 

  • 5 years of experience in automated testingΒ 

  • Experience with Linux and Windows Server OS’sΒ 

  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to drive outcomesΒ 

  • Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with business stakeholders and effectively drive conversations.Β Β Β Β 

  • Effective project and task managementΒ 

  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, development methodologies, and testing tools.Β 

  • Experience with CI/CD practices and application monitoring techniques.Β

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:Β 

  • Understanding of PowerShellΒ 

  • Experience in Linux shell scriptingΒ
