This position thrives on collaboration, offering the opportunity to collaborate closely with colleagues across the Product, Marketing, and Tech teams.

This position will help shape the vision for our products and drive cohesive narratives across multiple platforms and touch points.

The applicable salary range for this position is $90,000/yr to $110,000/yr which depends on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs, and market demand

  • Work collaboratively with product managers from concept to completion.
  • Own the end-to-end design across multiple features and projects.
  • Work closely with the Dev team from Ideation to production and provide implementation specs.
  • Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication.
  • Present product design ideas, prototypes to cross-functional partners and stakeholders. 
  • Contribute and maintain the company’s design system.
  • Identify new product improvement opportunities.
  • Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.
  • 5+ years of industry experience as a UX/UI Designer.
  • Examples of online work across platforms.
  • Experience working with development teams - staging to production.
  • Experience with Figma- MUST
  • Experience working with research and data to drive decision making.
  • Extremely detail oriented, pixel perfect.
  • Ability to rapidly and accurately turn around projects.
  • Team player, open minded to change and can-do attitude.
  • Knowledge in HTML/CSS- An advantage
  • Experience designing for News publishers or Financial tools- An advantage
