The Opportunity:

As a ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst (W2) with mid-level experience at HARAMAIN SYSTEMS INC., you will have the unique opportunity to help shape and deliver mission-critical solutions to our clients. You will play a crucial role in defining and enhancing system functionality, thereby contributing to the successful implementation of ServiceNow platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed analysis of business processes and requirements to produce custom applications using ServiceNow.
  • Identify areas where ServiceNow can enhance functionality and efficiency, proposing effective technical solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and teams to translate business needs into system requirements and design specifications.
  • Responsible for ongoing system configuration, testing, and debugging to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain updated technical documentation including configuration specifics, process flow diagrams, and troubleshooting guides.

Desired Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience as a ServiceNow Analyst, with proven ability to manage the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong understanding of IT Business processes with solid analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Certification as a ServiceNow System Administrator or Implementation Specialist.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with ITIL and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript and related client and server-side technologies.
  • Additional certifications in ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HR, or Customer Service Management.
  • Experience in cross-functional project management.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
