Description

As a ServiceNow Integration Specialist you will join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, dedicated to helping clients solve complex issues and achieve exceptional results.Β  In this critical role, you will play a key role in integrating ServiceNow with various enterprise systems and third-party applications. You will leverage your deep understanding of ServiceNow functionalities and best practices to create customized solutions that meet specific business needs.Β  This is a contract position for 4 months, with possible extension.Β 

Β 

Responsibilities:Β 

  • Design, develop, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.Β 
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Β 
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow integration components, including REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and integration hubs.Β Β 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure seamless data flow between systems.Β 
  • Perform unit testing and support UAD to ensure high quality deliverablesΒ 
  • Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.Β 
  • Create System Architecture diagrams, and designsΒ 
  • Complete Integration Design Documents for client integrationsΒ

Qualifications:Β 

Experience:Β 

  • 4+ ServiceNow DeploymentsΒ 
  • 2+ HR Service Delivery DeploymentsΒ 
  • 4+ years of experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem (Partner or Direct ServiceNow)Β 
  • 7+ years of experience in technologyΒ 
  • Extensive experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and ServiceNow NowCreate methodology.Β 

Skills:Β 

  • Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD preferredΒ 
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture.Β Β 
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, JSON, and other web technologiesΒ 
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and integration hubs.Β 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Β 
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.Β 
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to executives (verbal and written).Β 
  • Proven ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.Β 
  • Comfort with handling ambiguity and managing multiple assignments.Β 
  • Proven skills in identifying client challenges and proposing solutions.Β 

Β Education:Β 

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.Β 

Location and Travel:Β 

This role can be fully remote, or hybrid in Minneapolis or Denver.Β Β
