What We're Looking For

The Solutions Architect will help lead clients through planning and implementing strategic roadmaps that grow their digital maturity and align to organizational objectives. The ideal candidate should speak confidently about most every facet of marketing technology and be familiar with multiple solution platforms. They will be a mix of a consultant, trends finder, investigator, storyteller, and strategist and should be self-driven, client focused, and results-oriented.

MODintelechy is headquartered in Austin, Tx but the role may be remote in the United States.

  • Technical Requirements gathering and documentation

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with client stakeholders to align and translate client challenges to actionable and quantifiable use cases

  • Analyze and understand client’s marketing, sales, or revenue tech stack maturity and needs from a people/process/system perspective

  • Analyze complex business processes, identify opportunities for process improvements, and propose innovative solutions leveraging client’s existing and/or recommended technology stack

  • Collaborate with clients to develop business cases, defining business and technical requirements

  • Develop multi-year transformation roadmaps

  • Bridge the gap between the business and IT, acting as a liaison and translator

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong presentation and communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with people from varying functional areas and levels of responsibility ranging from analysts to C-suite

  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to distill key information from undefined client and internal requests

  • Strong relationship building across organization

  • Strong business aptitude and ability to resolve conflicts both inside and outside organization

  • Demonstrated success autonomously managing complex projects that require input from many stakeholders

  • Management experience is a plus

  • Experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying data integrations
  • Experience with requirements gathering and drafting technical requirements
  • Experience with client-side technologies using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and AngularJS

  • Knowledge of infrastructure and application security

  • Experience with API and Web Services (REST/SOAP/Bulk)

  • Background in web services and systems integrations using HTTP and RESTful design principles

Experience & Education:

  • 4-year bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in relevant business, Solutions, or analytic field preferred; or relevant experience

  • 6+ years in client-facing role in solutions engineering, product management, or client delivery

  • Mid-market / Enterprise technology landscape: CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.), Marketing Automation Systems (Marketo, Adobe Campaign, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Eloqua, etc.), Customer Data Platforms (Lytics, ActionIQ, etc.), Data Lakes, ABM (6sense, Demandbase, Bombora, etc.), and Sales Engagement (Outreach, Salesloft, Zoominfo, etc.)

Travel:

Up to 30% as required by client and business development needs

Job Type:

Contract (up to 20 hrs per week may be required) or Full-Time
