Our newest office is based in Irving’s Las Colinas development and will serve as a centralized hub where employees and customers from across the US can come together to work towards solving some of the biggest challenges facing supply chains.Β Β 










Location

This is a remote position. You can work from home and be located anywhere in the US.

About the team

Reporting to the EVP, GTM & Strategic Operations, the Sr. Director, Revenue Operations strives to unify and align the operations, data and systems that support Kinaxis Sales and Marketing teams, providing consistency in practices, pipeline integrity and insights that generate consistent and scalable revenue growth.

What you will do

  • Drive effective revenue operational management for our pursuit teams.
  • Manage the revenue growth strategy and execution, operations, and analytics to support global Go-to-Market initiatives.
  • Build and maintain the foundation of Revenue Operations, particularly in data and pipeline integrity, systems, and consistency in operational practices globally.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders of Field Sales to drive annual revenue operations planning cycles and consistent alignment across territories.
  • Develop and influence new processes and technologies that optimize the path for supporting the revenue growth of the businesses globally.
  • Develop and nurture cross-functional partnerships across the entire Field Sales organization which impact overall customer success and drives customer retention & revenue growth.
  • Partner with relevant GTM Teams and Sales Strategy to leverage performance analytics, influence cross-functional revenue programs and escalate relevant topics
  • Build strong working relationships with executives and key leaders across teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance) and influence the goals and priorities of stakeholders.

What we are looking for

  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience, ideally focused in sales operations or a revenue focused team, in a global SaaS Sales environment.
  • Management experience, including managing a global team of leaders and experience building high-performing, inclusive teams.
  • Proven experience influencing and collaborative challenging senior leaders to drive consistency in approach to meet revenue goals, in a matrixed company.
  • A track record of success driving teams to achieve customer expansion sales goals.
  • Expertise in driving a strategic vision, making data-driven business decisions, including identifying gaps or business needs, and innovating and scaling solutions.
  • Ability blend strong sales acumen with a strong customer-centric view.
  • Demonstrated experience in data analytics or intelligence operations.
  • Passion for operations, data intelligence, enablement and thorough understanding of cross-functional alignment in a global environment.
  • Strategic/Big picture thinker.
  • Collaboratively able to challenge old practices and drive behaviour changes via influence.
  • Pragmatic in approach, focusing on key foundational building blocks.
