The Opportunity:

Job Responsibilities:
- Configure, develop and deliver ServiceNow solutions based upon customer requirements
- Engage in all phases of the ServiceNow development lifecycle, including solution design, coding, testing, and deployment
- Identify system deficiencies and recommend efficient solutions
- Integrate ServiceNow with other software applications using APIs, outbound messaging, and ServiceNow MID Server
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and enforce them in all development tasks
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development in an enterprise environment
- Experience with JavaScript, XML, HTML
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer is a plus
- Strong knowledge of IT Service Management and Business Process Automation
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Agile Scrum methodology
- Familiarity with ITIL processes
- Previous experience in a consulting role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive mindset, with a passion for continuous learning
