We are seeking high-producers with:
- 4+ years in an Account Executive or Business Development Manager in a mid to large sized staffing firm with a focus on Finance & Accounting.
- A documented track-record of success.
- Ability to build and maintain strong lasting client relationships.
- Hunter mentality but able to operate a full desk when needed.
Business Development:
- Responsible for execution of the business development lifecycle – networking, lead generation, opportunity identification, qualification, negotiation, and executing MSA’s.
- Ability to service prospective clients at a local and national level.
Account Management:Â
- Must develop strong working relationships with hiring managers of clients and have a deep understanding of their business and industry they serve.
- Responsible for execution of the account management lifecycle – Cultivating customer relationship, identifying requirements, managing the recruitment process, communicating requirements to the recruitment team, submitting highly-qualified candidates for opportunities.Â
