Job Summary






Stratascale is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Consultant to join our advisory and consulting services organization. The ideal candidate will be the key player in delivery of our cybersecurity offerings, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of technical consulting services. The Senior Service Delivery Consultant will be responsible for maintaining the project budget, developing a comprehensive project plan, leading cross-functional engineering teams, managing risks/issues and their mitigation, and overseeing all project communications. Familiarity with assisting in Change Management strategy is also crucial, as it will play a significant role in ensuring the successful adoption of new transformational technologies and processes by our clients.

Responsibilities






Include, but not limited to:

  • Manages multiple projects with high complexity and visibility
  • Accountable in planning and execution of projects according to Stratascale best practices, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.
  • Development and execution of a detailed project plan that includes all phases of project delivery
  • Ability to actively manage project scope, including the creation and execution of change requests as needed
  • Strong understanding of the dynamics of cross-functional teams, with the ability to creatively problem solve
  • Assemble and lead the project team which often includes internal/external resources, partners, etc.
  • Effectively and frequently communicate project status, risks, etc. to appropriate individuals throughout the organization including executive leadership
  • Actively contribute to process improvement activities and mentor to others
  • Assist the pre-sales effort to evaluate requirements and provide guidance in support of Statement of Work preparation
  • Understand and analyze reported projects metrics
  • Coach and mentor other project managers








Qualifications






  • 4 year completed Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years direct client-facing project management experience








Required Skills






  • Well-versed in multiple methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity projects, specifically focusing on Identity Management and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
  • Ability to develop and implement PM processes in support of the project
  • Ability to read a contract/Statements of Work and understand company’s commitment to the client for product and services, contractual obligations and requirements in the delivery of services
  • Understanding of various systems to perform day to day responsibilities (ex: MS Project Plan, CRM, Professional Services Automation systems, etc.)
  • Strong people management
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
  • Self-starter / able to work independently
  • Previous experience in IT service delivery and operations

Preferred Skills:

  • Skilled in Microsoft Project Planning and MS Suite tools
  • Preferred candidates will understand the complexities of procurement vehicles (AX/SHI.com/CRM)








Certifications Required






If the certification is not currently held the successful candidate will be required to obtain the certification within 12 months of commencing the role:Β Β 

  • PMP Certification

  • Able to travel up to 25%








Additional Information






  • The estimated annual pay range for this position is $90,000 - $165,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
